Chasing a tiny target, Sri Lanka had a nightmare indeed. Sri Lanka lost their first three batters in just 25 runs. Like Sri Lankan bowlers, Indian bowlers also had good spells. Kuldeep Yadav, Ravindra Jadeja, and Jasprit Bumrah didn't allow the Lankan batters to make long partnerships. However, Dhananjaya de Silva and Dunith Wellalage tried hard to build a partnership, but they couldn't go far.
